FY21 - $3.93 per 1,000 gallons

FY22 - $4.05 per 1,000 gallons

FY23 - $4.13 per 1,000 gallons

FY24 - $4.21per 1,000 gallons

 

Reclaimed Water Rates:

$1.75 per 1,000 gallons

 

Impact Fees:

North Zone - $1,800 per LUE

South Zone - $1,411 per LUE

Although CCMA has the ablity to tax, it has never levied a tax.
